Roosevelt Dam on the other side of it is Apache Lake the lighter color brick is the new section(put on about 5 years ago) to add another 60 ft of water, that will be kewl if it happens ever.

That sort of looks like clear water with green algae at the bottom. Elsinore is all churned up and you can't see the bottom anywhere. There is absolutely nothing to look at there. The only thing is the skiing is good there and it's close.

Water is about 15ft below old high mark, the new level is about 50ft above that :eek

We take the Florence Hwy to the junction and then thru Superior to Globe then to the lake. When we go to Apache(going this weekend by the way) we go to Apache Junction and the dreaded Fish Creek Hill :laugh
