I thought Miller was a grouch at 29, now that he is going to be 30 he is really going to be a focker. lol  :D  :rotflmao

Scuba Steve - I have a feeling Miller is gunna be a focker his whole entire life :rolleyes He's working on "Focker Perfection" :p Oh an yes it's a camping dealio...you can party all night long without having to drive anywhere. I'll try to post a couple pics of the place so you can see what it's like. Basically you are camping right on the water.

MissHBjet - I hope you guys make it...I would really love to see you guys again too...so far those folks I'd love to see at his party have replied...so let's make it a fun party and get on up here!  :jumpie

AZKC - how far of a drive is it for you? If you make it, I'll have a special prize for the longest road trip...maybe I'll get my rear together and make a couple 'prizes' like longest road trip, skimpest swimsuit (it is for Brad after all), fastest boat (no speed limits on the lake), drunkest fool, best partier, etc...

Havasu Doug - I can't promise for Miller, but I will promise to pack the PINK fins, that match the snorkle and mask.  :rotflmao Remember it can be HOT during the day and CHILLY at night...so bring clothes for both seasons...and bring catsmeow this time too, so you don't need to spend $1.80 per minute chatting on the phone  :p

You have the choice of pulling your boat out or leaving it in the water at night. We typically leave ours in the water, it's easier.

The bikini team would be great to have along but I tell you that it is more 'enlightening" when its someone unknown. I rememebr Jan telling me when she ordered the girl..she told the place to make sure she was blonde and cute...the southern belle part was a bonus :jumpie  :jumpie  Being that it was a mixed party(as in couples) she didn't completely go to the bare ass-ests but enough to make all the guys enjoy and the wives/GF's tolerate. Each guy got to use their teeth to grab a gift from her waistline.

We are going to try and make it i havent been to san antonio in about 15 years.So far no race dates in july :good ,But there are some fam trips in july :confused  so i'll see.

I hope everyone can make it up I would love to see all of you there!

One thing that should be noted is that San Antonio is a lot different from the River and Havasu. The weather during the day will be hot and sunny but it will cool down to the 60’s at night so camping is actually rather nice. We usually have a fire and BBQ at night. As stated before you camp right on the water next to your boat. The lake does have full hookup sites but they are off the water so we usually just dry camp next to the water. Porta potties are provided in the camping area but you are better off using the floating flush toilets on the water.

The lake does have fuel docks, two small stores, a board shop, and a restaurant if you need anything. But it is best to bring as much food and supplies as you can because it is rather expensive.

The lake had no speed limit and the lake patrol is really mellow. The only thing that they will get you for is reckless behavior or Dui. But you have to be noticeably impaired to get stopped.
