OK, I finally made my week in Havasu plans.  It will be 8/12 through 8/19.  This way I will get to go to the CBBB on the weekend too. :good  If anyone will be out there after Sunday, let me know because I'll be out there through Friday. :D

That's the time we usually take our second week-long trip.  We probably arrive on Sun the 14th....guess I better book the house ASAP...!!

The arrival list only matters if you are entering the contests.  I'm pretty sure they'll still sell you a shirt.  :D

We're in Havi that week, arriving 8/14 in the PM through the following Sunday.  We have a house rental at the top of Kiowa on the northside with a nice patio and small pool.

With the Sunday arrival, we usually just kick-it around the house getting settled in and getting ready for a week of boating/skiing/tubing/etc.

I'd like to put out the HD invite to have a get-together BBQ, etc.  Any day would work, but was thinking about Fri 8/19 or Sat 8/20.  Maybe get a "tooner" for one of the mid-week days and cruise to Steamboat, etc.  Or we could just go to the Mud Shark, Kokomo's, or whatever for a gathering.

If your interested in getting together, PM me and I'll send back my cell #, house-rental address, house #, etc.

It would be a family thing.  We have three boys 14-16 in our group plus a couple of 20-something knuckle-heads that would be around that week-end.

We'll have my POS Yami and the bro-in-laws new Glastron, so there's room to ride, ski, tube, etc.

We like to trailer down to Cat-Tail to launch/beach/etc.

We also go up into the mouth of the Gorge and beach back near Speed Alley and ski/tube at the top of the lake.

At night, we go down to the piers at Site Six for some Striper fishing and ramp follies on Saturday night...!!!

Yes, I'm bringing the Challenger. It might stay in the water all week because I'm thinking about taking care of a trailer issue at a weld shop. I want to switch out my 2 piece rear crossmember with a 3 piece that levels in the center. My V drags on too many driveways. :eek After that, I'll have to paint that area and replace the bunks. :)

Hey Doug May have the new pontoon out that weekend (the 13th)..... We stay at the landing but we like more of the quiet areas to hang out .... there is that beach about a half mile above the sandbar before devils elbow on the east side of the river... That is were we'll be If all goes well come on by and have a :drink
