The beach is right in the narrow part of the Gorge, Cali side as you make the left turn north to Topock.  We were there early on Sat to grab the spot.

Got pretty damm rough in the afternoon as the beach is right in the narrow part of the Gorge.  Quite a "boat show" all day.  :beer

Never saw so many boats on the water before... :eek  The Sandbar was PACKED, Windsor closed down by noon, Site Six was lined until 11pm, etc..... :rolleyes
