We have another Mid-Week Liar's Club date set for Thursday 9/15/05 at Elsinore.  It's the same date that Hot Boat Magazine will be conducting a photo shoot for the mag at Elsinore.  This sounds like it will be a great day for the lake! :good

Anyone know where the best spot to launch from is? I just don't want to see my truck floating in the lake on HDF or any of the other forums.

It WAS a great day out there! :good  ........... even though my boat didn't work. :banghead  Since I have some aftermarket stuff running off my ignition circuit, I use a relay so it won't get overtaxed.  Well the $6.00 relay failed (after 15 years) and the boat wouldn't start.  I replaced the relay and I'm ready for the next trip. :good

The pic opportunity today was well worth the boat not running. :good  :rotflmao

I've got a TON of pics, but haven't emailed them out for posting approval from the girls yet.  Also, since the ones that were posted on HB got taken down, I was wondering if it was at HB's request? :stupid  In the meantime, I have them and if I don't get around to posting them, you'll see them in December or January in the mag. :good  :rotflmao

hey doug, ran into someone that spotted the sticker, Trevor from Zieman trailers, said he built you something? then took me out back and showed me his 29' hallett vector 1400 hp twin turbo big block. very cool :good

That boat is cool. :cool  I first saw it in Parker when Richard Hammond owned it.

I saw it at Elsinore last week too when I met Trevor.  I asked him about building me a trailer. :D  I haven't gone forward with it yet though.

The boat is sure a piece of work, Hallett builds a solid boat and that one is first class for sure. :good  I was doing electrical work due to lighting but the HDF sticker helped out. There may be a custom trailer in the works. btw; how does that boat run, like I need to ask :rotflmao

When I initially asked about modifying my trailer, he referred me to someone else as he doesn't do that.  I, then, started asking about a new trailer.  It wasn't an actual quote, but it seemed cheaper than I would have expected.  I'm not sure if he meant he would build it or that was the price the other guy would build it for. :stupid  I need to get ahold of him to find out.  Does anyone have his email address? :stupid
