Looks like August will be a parker month for me.

The first weekend of August we'll be out with the family (same peeps from our April trip)

And hopefully we'll meet up with the Havasu Doug & knuckle head crews on the 23rd of August.  :beer  :drink  :good

I hear ya! Last Oct. I was out at Havasu springs had to sit there and watch my boat just get dumped on for hours no cover nothing it was bad I can't even begin to tell you how much water was in my boat after it finally stopped which was the next morning   :eek

No thunderstorms this weekend.  :jumpie We never made it to the sandbar, it was overcast & humid most of  Saturday, so we wanted to hang in warmer waters. We did party like rockstars though. We didnt even have to take the boat out of storage, trojan dan (from hotboat) invited us on his boat for the weekend, we took full advantage of his hospitality and had a great time :beer  :drink I'll post a few pix tonight.  :comp

No way! A good storm on the river is always alot of fun to watch and is very beautiful! Sounds like to me your a big lightning hater!! I don't know about you but lightning amazes me and really hope for it alot out here in LHC. Bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!! :jumpie
