I have a buddy who has a house available in Irvine for lease/rent. It is a 3BR/3BA Detached house in Northwood Irvine. New Kitchen and tile downstairs. Great condition! Great area.. In fact I bought a house 4 doors down (But dont let that deter you)

Cudda bought a mansion for that much just about anywhere else!

Im gunna take the money I made off of my last house, and this house and just move to AZ... :banghead

But I guess thats what you pay for when you are in Irvine....  Like the 5th safest city in the US and Home of the Trophy MILF Soccer mom! (Driving her Absurdly large SUV)

635K thats insane. We paid 70K for a 3br 2bath brick home on a huge lot. But of course that was 15 years ago :beer
