I haven't yet installed the rotors(just got them Friday). 4 wheel RBP manufacturing brake discs. Wilwood racing brake components. Jamar Master hanging pedal assembly

Travel is supposed to be about 14 7/8" front, 16" rear.

Just began fitting the spindle/hubs with the brake caliper. I've got minimal clearance and now having to countersink the caliper mounting bracket bolts(blue arrow) so the hub will spin freely. Probably about a 1/16th inch clearance between brake disc and caliper mounting bracket(red arrow), I think I'll shave 1/16th or tad more off the captive nut to give me a full 1/8th clearance between the disc and it. Tight fit for sure.

Sitting on all fours, trans and engine bolted up. Taking my time now cuz the deadline I originally was shooting for won't be realistic anymore since the chassis guy took a month longer than expected.

Fabbed an intake pipe night before last. I had to flip the intake manifold around 180* to make it fit right, therefore the pressure tube between the turbo and throttle body had to be fabricated. I used the old pipe, made several cuts, spot and fit before final welds and grinds.
Tedious little task.
