Ran out of time but got the main part in the boat. had to get the boat back in the yard but I gave it a quick run and warm up before doing so, Still have the Ski hole door to put the 4 in. That I have out and can do any time. Allergies are kinking my A$$ so I'm staying inside this evening. I should be done  by the end of the week. Next time I have it out I will get some pics once I have the ski hole door in place.

Made another change that will go on before D.S.. Swung in to Beaver Stripes on the way home yesterday just to get an idea of colors to replace the Teal & Pink AZ numbers. They HAVE to go!!! Walked out with a new set ready to go on. Went with an Ash Gray with Medium Marine Gray for an outline.  The trailer has the teal and pink pin stripe that needs to go as well. I wasn't sure about the Medium Marine Gray if it was too dark against the black trailer. So i took a sample home to look. I will be picking up a dual color pinstripe with the Medium marine Gray and the Ash gray. May not be on the trailer for D.S. but I can't wait to get it all replaced.  I think I have enough carpet left to replace the fender board carpet also. Maybe this will get me motivated and keep me going to redo the rest of the inside the way I have in this O'l bean of mine.   :good

At the time it looked good. I like pink if done right and not to much.


Got the old numbers off the boat and the pinstripe off the trailer last night. My thumb nails aren't happy but it's done. I still need to pick up the striping. This weekend will be cleaning up any left over resedue and see what I get stuck back on.

Mineral spirits usually works good at taking off the sticky stuff, and won't hurt any paint. :good

Been using it for a long time and haven't hurt anything yet other than maybe the wax, just don't let it get on any silicone though..

Didn't get the pin stripe in the trailer but it's ready. I also went to H&R sales yesterday to get some new strapping for a few places. Was looking at the black since that's what's already there and rotting. Then the gray caught our eyes. So we replaced the strap for the back door, ladder and the window with 1" gray. Looks good. I had already got the Bimini straps in black so I just went ahead and used them. Also finished the snaps on the ski door and put that back in the boat. Next weekend will be bath time and hopefully have time to get the pin strip on the trailer.

I meant to get a couple pics of the carpet and remembered AFTER I got the cover back on and in the back yard.  :rolleyes  I guess you will have to see it in person.  :D    :good   GF & I are wanting to swing in Wednesday the 3rd and say hey to you folks if you going to be around.

Sure nice to see a big change in what I have already done and can't wait to get the rest done. That will be in due time as I got to find a house to buy and get moved.

Cool!!! Probly be there about 10 or so. Plan on leaving the house about 5am and stopping in Wickenburg for breakfast. not getting in a big hurry. Not sure where Glen will be or if we will see him on the way or not.
