Went up in the attic sunday and pulled the antenna and that rack thing out. Put them on the curb for bulk pick up along with the trampoline frame and some other misc crap. Scrappers came and got all the metal.

Got home from work Friday and fixed the chainsaw then trimmed up one of the trees in the backyard. Saturday morning drug the trailer out of the garage and put all the branches in it then mowed the back yard. Once all done I went in the house and had to fix a real leaky tub faucet. I also changed the drain lever that was eat up from the hard water and the tub spout. I should have done the bathroom  few month ago but put it on the back burner. Since it started to leak all of a sudden it had to be done.

Yep, when one starts leaking you can figure the rest will follow soon since they were all installed at the same time, had to do that here shortly after we moved in. :rolleyes

Time to revive this with all I have going right now.

Spent the weekend removing the pedestal sink and installing  vanity i  the hall bath. After about a bazillion trips to Lowes and Homedepot I finally got it done.

Thanks!!  I still have the TP roll holder to mount and minor tile to place back on the wall on each side. But it's all new plumbing including the faucet.

Not sure what I will do next. Need to get going on the garage. Be a good time to light off the heater and hammer it out since the yard is wet and muddy.

:laugh  :laugh   Yep.  I spent last evening on the phone with my finance company running numbers. I figure it was a good time to refy with what numbers they gave me. Dropped the interest a whole point. I will take some of that savings and point it towards the principal and that should make headway on this place to pay it off.  :good   The rest, well hopefully towards taking care of a few things.

Finished everything up last evening. So nice to do everything electronically. Saves the fingers with all that signing and initialing .  ;)   I figure it was a good time with everything going on with our leaders on the east coast. I hope I'm wrong , but, I have a feeling interest rates are going to start creeping up after the first of the year. They have been a slow creep down the past year and haven't done anything in a couple months. SO with me working on my credit and got it up quite a bit, it was time.

Well, I just read an article yesterday and it said the Feds have no intentions to change the rates all through 2020, how true that is who knows. :rolleyes

Finally sat down last evening and filled out the drawings that was needed for he permits for the wall and the electrical for the garage. Now to get that ball rolling so I can get all of this done so I can start doing things that I want to do and get the boat off the driveway.  :good

Spent the weekend in one corner of the garage. The area just inside the garage from the house still had a shelf hanging from the wall that the original owner had put in. This is also the corner on the south side of the garage that he built a wall heading north. Friday I took the shelf down and patched all the holes. Saturday I painted the walls and hung shelf brackets to put my ski's on. Picked up a plastic shelf unit and a rack to hang the broom, mop ect. on the wall. I also have a small freezer that was there as well that will get an outlet when the electrical is done. In the picture the door going into the house is to the left.
