Rent to own?? HMM?? That's different. Something like that I would think buy on credit more than anything.  Love to hear more on the details.

Ok here it is the company is just like the one we have here for sheds. I did it twice with the sheds but payed them off early. They have them for sale or rent to own. They say the rent to own is for people who can’t afford to buy it out right Or get financing. The rent is a high interest program for 36 months but you can pay it off at any time with no penalty. The monthly payment at least for me is doable but you have to put down 25% of the total cost of the building. Here is my quote that they sent me and it is only good for 30 days.

I am not sure what would happen if you default I didn’t ask but if it is like the sheds they well come and repossess it, one of the sheds I have is a repo and in very good condition.

They have all kinds of buildings, carports and barns. The one I was looking at was a 24x21x8 carport with three sides. The town of Apple Valley won’t let you have a steel garage so that’s why three sides. The only thing that you have to provide is a sound and level ground. You can have dirt, concrete, asphalt or  rock.  Here is a pic of what I was looking for the boat and the carriages.

That's a pretty good deal, I paid $6000 for mine I'll have to take a pic of it.

That does sound like a great deal. Not sure what I'm going to do on the side of the house once I get the wall and concrete in to cover the boat. That may be an option.
