Many of you know and some of you don't know the significance of this date.  In any case, it is a day to remember lost friends.........

On September 19, 2003, we lost Jonathon Herbert aka NVScustoms on the boards, his sister Jaquel Herbert, and their friend Ashley Rollins in a terrible boating accident on the Colorado River in Parker, Arizona.  Even though they are not forgotten, let us remember them today as a group.  :peace  Any pictures or stories that can be shared would be greatly appreciated by all.  :)

Awesome tribute Doug :good   I'm sure that Wayne and Jana would appreciate it.  As I'm sure that this has been a devastating chapter in their lives, I hope that they can find peace now that the criminal trial is over with.  Even though I personally don't agree with the sentencing, at least it is done with and I only hope that it adds some type of closure for the Herberts, and pray that they can get the peace that they deserve.

I never had the chance to meet them in person, but have chatted with Jon on this board and the HB Forums, and he seemed like a very good young man  To lose life at such a young age is a terrible tragedy.  I've also chatted with their father, Wayne, (Dossangers) on the HB Forums many times.  
I can't even imagine the heartbreak that Wayne and Jana went through, and will be going through for the rest of their lives.  What I do know, is that my thoughts and prayers are with them, and I hope that they can find peace within themselves and carry on as best as they can.

Very nice tribute indeed! :good They were very cool kids, not three hours before I took him for a ride and he said that was the most fun he's ever had!.. He will never be forgotten!..
