Well, we have all seen or heard of instances of many US Troops leaving the military when their term is up, most because the troops feel like their hands are tied by political correctness.  I call BS on the Government!!!!!! I just ran across this story and couldn't believe what I was reading!!! :angry   Check out this story here PC GONE AWRY IN IRAQ and see what you think.  I have NEVER heard of troops being prosecuted for this in time of war, and was shocked and appalled that it would happen now.  What is this Country coming to?  I support our troops 100%, always and forever :good  but it seems to me that maybe politics and war do not have a place comingling with each other.  Get the politics out of the military and let our troops do their job!!!

I am definitely gonna be sending a few letters out to some politicians over this deal.  Read the story and see what you think for yourselves.  I'd be interested to hear of other stories like it, but without the prosecution (Or is it persecution and lynchmob mentality?  :angry  )

Ever been made an example of???  Sounds more like the absurdity of the bureaucracy in the Military than politcal correctness.  

And I would almost bet good money that there is some eager beaver young officer/lawyer prosecuting... trying to make a name for themselves.

I'm so tired of all of this political correctness bull shit!! Face it, there is no way on this earth that everybody is going to agree to everything!! In this case it's called WAR!! Isn't PC supposed to make it so that nobody is offended?? WAR isn't about not offending somebody!!  I'm offended that these PC people want to change everything!! Its incredible how they are b_tt F'in the guys in the service these days.
How about the guys who enlisted for 2 years, did their stints and then are told, "We have the right to extend your tour...see here? You signed an enlistment paper that refers to sec. #12345 or whatever. Like they know that the section quoted refers to that!
It would be criminal if it happened to a civillian.
