We went up to a local lake (Lake Pleasant north of Phoenix) with a group of local boaters for the annual Chili Cookoff. These are a few pics from the day.

I still get it. :good  The funny thing is peeps on the HB forums bitch that the featured boats in HotBoat are beyond the reach of the average boater.  The boats in Extreme Boats mag blow most of them away.  They are very into the East Coast high $$$ offshore boats.  It does make for interesting reading though. :good

That was us at the Hallett regatta a few years back. The previous owners spent years and $$ trying to figure out the wiring problem with the starter.  I think Jeff said the relay wire was too small of a guage?  I don't know, I just ride in it and drive when he skis.  I don't work on the thing!  It was still pretty embarassing.  The cool thing was, though, someone from Hallett came running down the launch ramp with a battery for us, no charge.  How cool is that?  We didn't need the battery, but it was still a cool gesture.

I guess what I'm trying to say is "been there, done that" and it's no fun.
