With the Upper Basin at 125% or more above average, it's a GOOD START to recovery.
Just need another 10 years or so like this to bring back the high levels to Powell & Mead.

Yeah, I was checking out that Terra Server site you posted and the photos were from back in '94.

Not to hi-jack, but the Terra site is pretty cool... Â You can follow the river from Hoover all the way down to Yuma...
I found a FULL COLOR site, but they want something like $30 a month to access it... ....more for geological studies, and regularly updated...
