We've got the day off  :jumpie taking in a Diamondback Spring Training game then the UofA B Ball 1st round of the NCAA's. With just a wee bit o pub time :beer  :D

I have happy hour at work from 3 to 4 today!  They are bringing in kegs and appetizers for us...pretty cool!   :beer After work...who knows? :drink

You got St. Patrick's Day off????!!!!  You're pullin' my leg.  There is some other reason you got the day off.  

Days like today make me glad I'm not in retail anymore.  I used to get so sick to death of every other old codger telling me he was going to pinch me for not wearing green (kinda hard with a brown uniform :banghead )  Ah, yes. Everyone should have to work in a retirement community for a few years.  LOL.  April Fool's was another of my favorites.  You know, pretty much every day there sucked.   :rotflmao

Anyway, think I'll have one more shot of Bushmill's in honor of the Irish who helped build our country, especially the transcontinental railroad, and go to sleep.  :sleep

I don't work for the government and I didn't get the day off.  They just brought in kegs and food from 3 to 4 for happy hour.  Still pretty cool! :good

They let you guys dress up and do fun stuff like football jerseys for superbowl and whatnot.  We never got to get out of the dress code. . . I take that back.  Just in the last 3-4 years, they started to let us wear Santa hats at Christmas.
