So my son gets hitched over the weekend and his mother from up North came to it....oh man what a loser. :rolleyes
.
Not only did she get hammered the night before while out with some of my sons friends, to the point she had to be basically carried out and driven back to her classy Motel6 but then she had the gall to try tagging along Curt and Natalie's Honeymoon day trip with her two other little sons....WTF is that!?!?! I didn't realize it at the wedding when she asked me for a car to use(gladly declined :bebe ) what she had intended. I'd have gone off on her.
What a freaking loser. :puke

Anyone ever heard of such shitty parental behavior at their kids wedding??? My son was imbarrassed.

Well as a matter of fact Zig I am witnessed it first hand.

After my sisters Court House wedding we all gathered at the trailer park clubhouse where my mom gets falling over drunk  :drink and obnoxious so much that I left the party to try and dodge the embaresment(ya right).I kinda felt bad for bailin on the rest of my family but oh well.Later that night my brother in laws brother calls me and is trying to get me to come get her cause she is trying to leave and drive home.I say sorry bro cant do it let her go but instead he pulls the coil wire and makes her pass out in her car  :good .I didnt talk to her for well over a year after that one..
Pretty much grew up dealing with drunkin obnoxious parents.I am not much of a drinker but when I do I make sure my kid isnt around to see his pops acting stupid and embaress him.I'm sure I do that enough just bein me :D

My mother never saw the irony in calling me a son-of-a-bitch.

Don't got me started......My ex-wife came to my dad's funeral and started a fight with me, then started a fight with my sister, in front of our kids and all my family - we had to call the cops.  She's still a witch, 5 years after the divorce she still sends me sicko text messages and e-mails and voice mail.  She came over to my house while the kids were visiting me and threw a big rock through the back window of my girlfrienda car.  She keyed my new truck - twice!!  Keyed my girlfriends car, filed false police reports against me- (had to have my kids be interviewed by the police to get the phony charges dropped).  Came to my work and kicked me in the balls and tried to punch me, (had to call the cops again).  Ruined countless trips I had planned with my kids by not bringing them to me when she found out my plans (one was a pre-paid Alaskan cruise - she kept the kids from going, I went alone with 3 extra tickets)  The first year, she refused to let me have the kids at our meeting site - unless I gave her a kiss first, I finally put my foot down and told her I wasn't going to do that anymore, shouldn't have to do that just to get to see my children, she took off with my kids while they were crying.  I could go on and on..........

Drink more beer!

Wow dude, that really sucks.....sounds an awful lot like my friends situation currently.
The stupid thing about it all is your ex is wasting time to move on and find someone else, cuz it sure sounds like you don't want her back in the least...... :bebe
Then of course the worst part is she is putting the kids in the center of the drama........my guess is she's a "ME" person.

I love (hope) karma really works! And sometimes I wish I had some sort of super powers to just fix things up a bit......but.........that's just a wish.

Remember your son sees it too, he knows whom really was there for him, and he still knows exactly whom he can rely on....................surely that has to feel good!  :good

Thanks Silver, you are right on the money with that. One of us had to stand up and be a good parent and take the BS.
And your hope of Karma is true as well..my Ex looks and sounds a good 10 yrs older than she should thanks to her self abuse of drugs and alchohol.
Jan really stood by me and Curt during his younger years, he was rough on her because she not his "real mom" back then but now knows she was more his mom, just not his birth mother.
