Lake Elsinore Recreation Area on Riverside Drive (launch ramp no good - under water) or Elsinore Marina on Riverside Drive or Cranes or Weekend Paradise or Playland all on Grand Avenue.  Not as many spots now since lake is full.

We made the peoples day at Weekend Paradise when we showed up for RWYB. :rotflmao  They went around and asked all of us if we would come back again. :rotflmao

For some reason, they charged me ALOT of money for just one day.  I never paid anything close to that at West Marina. :stupid
