Here is what I saw when I was trying to get my boat back on the trailer at Canyon Lake 2 weeks ago. I guess there wasn't enuf parking up on the hill so the guy decided to put the truck, boat and trailer in the lake. Good news is, he did have the plug in the boat. (To the left you can see the scuba diver that had to hook up the cables to tow it out)

About as bad as this guy at Needles, he didn't have the hitch all the way on the ball and no safety chain on. As soon as the trailer broke the crest at the top of the ramp it came off, it must have been doing 50mph when it hit the water!. :eek This beutiful Mako sunk right on the spot!. :( Thank god they were the only ones at the ramp at the time, all week long the ramp was a zoo!. :rolleyes

It was for sale before :laugh The pic is before it went down, three hours later it was running and in the same condition as it was!. :good

Is that the black boat that was for sale at Firebird in the Fall by the safety equipment trailer :stupid I got pics at home that thing is clean, even cleaner after a dunk in the river :D

The funny thing is, I ve only been to Canyon about 3 times and 2 years ago I saw a guy lose his big ass lifted 4x4 while trying to launch a jetski out of the bed. Same ramp. Maybe its percentages, I better not go again  :rotflmao  :rotflmao

Actually there were a few there, it's an open deal anybody is welcome, we don't believe in bashing other people because they have a different type of boat, not like the other side does!.. :rolleyes
