Yeah, you can pull doubles here, but you have to be under a certain overall length. My buddy pulls his 5th wheel and then his roundy-round boat behind that. The problem with hooking two boats up would be mounting the hitch to hook up to the second trailer, unless you wanted to hang it off your pump or outdrive.

Ok HD and Jordy what is the deal. Do I have to worry about running my boat at Havasu? All this talk about getting swamped is making me a little nervous. I have never been to Havasu so I am not sure what to expect.
Bring your insurance card and a LONG rope with a buoy on it,so the divers can find it easier on the bottom!! If the wind blows just call your insurance company when ya leave the dock!......Do ya feel better now?

I believe you can pull two trailers in any state. The first trailer has to be a fifth wheel mount and the second trailer can be normal tongue ball mount....Atcually sounds kinda kinky that way! Anyway AZ should be legal for 3 trailers like Utah is....I could be wrong though..

Arizona will only let you run doubles. Utah and the triples get a little scary, especially up between Wendover Nevada/Utah and Salt Lake City. Those UPS trucks go flying by at 90 mph and by the time that third trailer passes it's usually whipping 10' or so side to side. Scared me.
Back to the topic at hand, Miller don't worry too much about the rope and buoy as the whole bow of your boat should be full of foam, so if you do get swamped it will bob but not go to the bottom. Hope that helps ease your fears.

I have a friend that pulls his fifth wheel and his boat to the lake here in Cal, but he has his truck driving license so I don’t know if that makes a difference.
As far as the bags go the only thing under my bow is a few skis, a few kneeboards, a couple of tubes, and life vests. Most of that stuff floats so I should be ok.
