:good I am sure everyone has their favorite house to rent in Havasu but if you are looking we just rented a house and it rocked!  The house was big, had a great pool, the owner was super friendly and easy going, and the house was fully stocked with all necessities. I would highly recommend renting from these people! werenthavasu.com
PS-I've rented 5 different houses in the Havasu area and this by far was the best!  :good

Cool... :good  :beer

Which one did you get..??  I have booked the 3bd/3ba with Christine for 8/14 - 8/20.  It's at the top of Kiowa.

The wife wants the sunken tub.... :D

My June house is her cousin Cyndi's on the South Side which we have rented for the past two years.

We got the 2 bedroom pool house (bottom left on werenthavasu.com) The living room had a pull out sofa and room for 1 or 2 queen air mattresses, one night we had a total of 10 staying there comfortably.  The master bd has a sunken tub too and a huge shower for 2!  :jumpie

Nope $250 security deposit usually. They came and checked the place out the day we left and returned our deposit in cash. And it was only $150 a night! The Nautical was $169 per night for a crappy room that only slept 4....!!!

I really like having the house, the extra room/space, the privacy around the pool, THE GARAGE, etc.  :good

I prefer to pull the boat out each night, bring it back to the house and detail it down for the next day.  Don't have to worry about someone ripping off your stuff. :eek

I also like to load up the ice chests, pack up the lunch, and head off to launch for the day.

Did they have a Windsor Annual Pass for you to use...??

No Windsor pass... BOO! That would have been nice.... We have our own though. I agree with everything you said about renting a house! After a weekend in a hotel I feel all cramped and can't wait to get home.  But I was so bummed to leave this house this weekend..... I can't wait to go back.

Just buy a house instead...LOL
No boat storage fees. Feels good to stretch out in the comforts of home at the end of a hot day....nobodys headboard banging on your wall, no kids jumping on the floor above you, etc. etc. etc. :good
.
We'd have use of a house prior to us buying and got sick of the hotels too....once you get the itch all you can do is scratch it. :laugh

Same progression here since we got back into boating in '98....shudda pulled the trigger on an $80k house back in '01...would have 2x+ my equity by now.... :beat
