Since I'm making these myself, I can probably get any color you want. :D  I'm going to start off with white, grey, and black myself to see how they turn out. :)

I'll have to find a source for coozies because I don't know how to make those yet. :rotflmao

As far as the coozies, a friend of mine had a bunch made up for his company.  Some outfit out of California did them.  They were the colapsable neoprene (sp?) ones, I think he said it ran him like 50 cents or a buck a coozie... If I can find one, I'll get you the name of the outfit.   :good

I think I need it silk screened for flames, but I haven't spoke to a manufacturer yet. :(

To make the shirt above, I used a material called "Hot Flock" and cut it with my vinyl cutter.  I ran into a blade depth problem, though, so I had to cut the score marks with an Exacto knife.  That's the reason the logo is simple and there's no "HavasuDoug.com" in it yet.  I haven't time tested the material yet either.  I'll make a couple of shirts, wash and dry them alot, and see how they do. :D

Doug, hit me up about the shirts. You can cut single color stuff with your plotter and then heat tranfer them on a shirt. This keeps over head down and you can custom make color combos. Anyways give me a call and I'll explain how it works.

OK. :D  The very first pic of the thread shows the results of using EnduraTex HotFlock.  I like being able to make a custom shirt, but I had problems with my cuts.  When I cut deep, the material would bunch up in places so I just ended up scoring the lines and cutting them with an Exacto knife.  It was very labor intensive. :eek  I'll still do it on special occasions though. :D

The stuff I used was Thermoflex. It cut and weeded like vinyl. If your machine wont do it, you're more then welcome to come over to the office one night and use mine. Also I have come up with a spin off of your design and spiced it up. If you like it I can give you the artwork.

That's awesome! :good  I would love to use that art for my specialty shirts, like when someone wants to replace the "HavasuDoug.com" with Parker Crew, Savage Crew, V-Drive Crew........etc.
