Had a good time up in Colorado, my cousin came back from Pendleton for the holliday  :good .  Probably the last time I'll see him until he comes back from the big sandbox (for the third time... :rolleyes ).  

Took the guns and spent one afternoon watching one highly trained marine show what a little determination and 300 rounds of .223 can do to a tree... I'm glad those guys are on our side.  :D

As far as the boat search goes, I've got a line on a cruiser up in Bakersfield. If all works out, I'll be headed up there next weekend to pick it up.

The Munchkin had her 6th birthday on July 2.   :good

I get to spend next week in Phoenix for a 'puter class... yeah...  :break  :beat Staying somewhere downtown, but haven't found out where yet... I guess it will be a suprise.  

After that, I'll be ready for a trip to the lake.   :good

The sleekcraft is kind of an unknown quantity right now.  It needs an engine, and  it's rigged for an Olds.  If I were to get it going, I'd probably put a small block chevy in there.  As far as the floor and such, that's anyone's guess at this point.  Last I messed around with it, it was solid, but that's been a couple years ago.  At the very least it's going to need a set of seats, since the old ones were completely rotted out.  It's pretty dinged up paint wise as well.

I'm going to get it down to Tucson this fall sometime and see if I can peddle it as a project.

Sounds like it should be disassbled and then just rebuilt. It would probably turn out better than it was when it was new though.
