I hope so!! Barry has my # and I have his. We won't be leaving here until 4 at the earliest, but we won't be towing. However, we have to go up to Katherine and get the boat.

Be cool if we could meet in Laughlin for a din-din....we'll see how that shakes out....whats it take you from there to Laughlin? 3 hrs or so. depending on when we pull out of the water it might work, then at least you're close to KL. Our own little group of 15 year married couples...LOL

It takes about 3 1/2 traffic providing, but we go through 29 Palms so it should not be bad. If we are running late, I will call from the road to give you guys a better idea as to when we will be in town. Did you want to do the Flamingo? I've never been there for food, so that is fine with me.
this just in . . . . I guess the 62 is closed, so we will be going through San Berdoo. Might take 4 hours. It is just getting dark then, so that should be okay. Have a snack If it's too late, it's okay. Sounds like we'll see ya Friday regardless. Big parking lot party. Ice chests, beer, chrome and old boats. I will bring the Boone's Farm

The strawberry hill is still wine, but all the other flavors (melonball is my favorite) are malted beverages, meaning they are beer.  Which I like, because that means I can go back and forth with the BF and beer and not
good stuff   ---->

Ok, we'll play Thursday eve by ear and see how your travels work out.....I'll send you my cell# too so you have a couple to try(can you hear me now? ) I think your idea about meeting at the sandbar friday is excellent..lets do that.....I know my daughter will be begging to go up to the 40 so she can play on the rope swing. I might have to oblige her since it is her B'day week....we'll see. As far as Flamingo on Thurs nite(if you make it) thats fine with me. Me and Jan went there last month and I have to say the buffet was pretty damn good, and with free beer/wine it makes it a bigger plus...

Boones farm is great. Just think Boones farm in a glass bottle for $2.00, the same size water in plastic $1.98 How do they make it cheaper than water? |
They don't exactly use the grapes from Napa Valley. More like "Bob's Grapes and Things".
