No, no, no.
This is NASA testing the newest shuttle launch procedure using a United jet. If you look very carefully, you'll see an enourmous rubber band attached to a really big forked stick.

It's called 3 wheelin', I see the homies in the 64s do it all the time. Sometimes their on elbows, sometimes their on drop.
