I'm soo confused !!!

Now, in the age of computers, either stupidity or laziness prevail.

PayPal is one dumb SOB. How much effort would it take to pick up the telephone (remember, that funny looking black thing with 10 buttons on it) and communicate with their customer. Not much, but do you think they had the smarts to make the call? Noooooo !!!

Not only are they hampering relief efforts to those in dire need, but they are responsible for stopping funds to help victims survive. And if these people do not survive I think PayPal should take a long hard look into the dilema they are directly reponsible for.
