Looks mighty cold! :eek  And to think that peeps down here whine about the water being cold! :D  It does get kind of cold when we waterski in January though! :D

I been to Canada once for Christmas....I never been so cold in my life. The lake by my Grandmas house was frozen, and someone was crazy enough to drive a vw on it...thats freaken cold.

The ice does get to be about 18"-24" thick and we do drive on them to go ice-fishing, we use full size 4X4's and it is safe as driving on a road. Just don't do it in early spring :rotflmao  :D  :D

I was watching a deal on Discovery (I think) one time about all the ice highway big rig truckers rolling across the frozen lakes in 18 wheelers and feeling the ice surge under them as they drove across with 80,000 pounds... no thank you.
