Where is everyone going to be this weekend.  I am leaving this afternoon to go to Eliminator to pick up my new ride. Then Friday night we are planning on heading to Parker, probably check out some of the Enduro race on Saturday, then leaving back to NM Sunday morning.  

Any suggestions on where to stay Friday and Saturday nights?  If there are not any reasonable rooms around Parker, guess we will have to stay at Havasu.

The places that we have stayed weren't fancy, but they are places to lay your head. In Parker we stayed at the Kofa Inn, it's near the south end of town. In Havazoo we usually stay at Super 8.

I have a leaky boat in my yard sitting on a jackstand supported trailer.

Not good!!! they keep telling me there shipping the parts I need but they never get here. I was told tuesday 4 days. I have yet to see an email I was told I would get with a tracking number when there shipped. I about to take legal action.

Thanks for the offer for a ride. If I didn't have to work I would work something out to be there.

All back thru the 80's the Kofa used to be "the" place to stay, on race weekends the place was booked solid!.. :good

I'm staying at the Best Western in Parker.  As of a couple of days ago, they still had rooms. :good

We stayed at the Best Western there in Parker, but never actually made it to the pits at the blue water.  Put the boat in a patrilla flats and had a great time despite the 40 mph winds and all.  Watched the end of the race from the water then headed up to Havasu and the channel for the rest of the evening.  Had a great time, but unfortunatly did not hook up with or reconize anyones boat.

Friday we picked up a 24 ft Eliminator Daytona/Fundeck...it sure rides great, but she is sure not as fun to drive as the little Daytona.

Stayed at the same motel as Doug and you didn't see him :eek Was there some guy there with Paparazzi all around him? If so that was the world famous HD :D  :beer
