Where did you get the crab from? Is it still alive?
I usually steam it or boil it. Steaming it takes longer but is more flavorful, and boiling it is quicker.
How can i get my hands on some crab?

All the King Crab legs we get here are already cooked all we have to do is put them in boiling water long enough to heat them up. Heating up in boiling water usually takes about 10 maybe 15 min at the most.

Get the water boiling and drop them in for about 5 to 10 minutes max. Max sure you have enough water so that there completly submerged. The water may not come back to a boil so don't worry just keep the heat on. remove and chow down.

I usually steam them 10 to 15 minutes. Toss in a couple of bay leaves & I sometimes will splash a half bottle of tobasco sauce into the steam water. May sound odd, but really gives the meat a nice taste. My brother steams them in vodka
