I'm going to be putting my 37' travel trailer up for sale in a little over a month...
Big slide out, Queen size bed, Bunks. 15,000 BTU ducted AC, rubber roof.
It's a 2003, I bought it last year and haven't used it. Probably going to have to get out of it before I buy a house later this spring.
I'll even deliver it...
Might be an option if you can find a decent lot, or one with a dumpy ass old trailer on it.

I've been doin' much the same....for some time....just can't pull the trigger.....
I really like Willow Valley, a few miles north of Needles...own the land, private launch & beach...
Here's one in Needles: Billy Bradshaw
Check this MLS out of Bullhead...filter for Willow Valley, etc. Bullhead MLS Listings
Lastly, use this one and filter for Needles or other locales: Colorado River RE
Golden Shores by Topock is another place to look....lots have gone from $7,500 to $40k in the past 5 years....
GOOD HUNTING...!!!

Looks pretty nice Sleek... Store it at Needles Marina or Moabi, and have them pull it out and plug it in for ya....
I might bite on that idea....

sold my place in Golden Shores to move to parker. closer to the water, and couldn't pass up the crazy profit. everything along the river has gone crazy. that tow behind and storage in the campgrounds my not be a bad starter. |
How is goldenshores??? Â I was thinking about a couple of places out there. Â It seems from the pictures that it is a little nicer. Â But is it far from the water? or Topack? Â
Between Needles and Topack is where I want to be... |
Golden Shores has no launch ramp close you need to launch at topock marina or up river, we would go into town to launch at park mowabi. The deal is you can see the water but you can't use it. It's a wildlife reserve, at the time it worked out for us ,the price was right and the trailer was nice.we went from a 1900' triple in golden shores to a 700' single in parker. I have heard prices have gone up since we sold 6 years ago

My place is in Bullhead in the area known as Harbor View. It's a block from Lazy Harry's, and 5 lots off the river. The place 2 lots over from me is for sale. Single wide on the corner within easy walking distance from the ramp at Harry's even in 120* heat. The only way to get closer to the water is fork out $500,000 for just a lot.

For us, the Needles to Moabi and into the Gorge is some of the best boating and skiing, and the most crowded, especially on the week-ends....like a damm freeway sometimes...
You might consider Big River or Lost Lake, etc. south of Parker. Jet boater heaven and a little more laid-back.
I really liked the Aha Quin area just north of Blythe....shorter drive from SoCal too... A nice place there will set you back prob. $200k today though.
Since our preference is to keep the boat on the trailer at night, a house off the water is not a bad option.
Just my 2¢ as well.

I've been eye ballin' some properties north of Needles also. There are 2-3 families looking to build eventually. Good thing for me is the othe guys involved are all contractors! |
Nope... 8500 empty, gross at 10900 lbs... it's quite a bit lighter since it's not a toy hauler. Â
Pulls nice, all the weight is pretty much right over the axels, so it's well balanced.
