I just curious.. I finally broke down and bought an Ipod for myself. And I now use the dam thing everywhere... Once I loaded all of my music that I owned (and some I didnt) on it.  I just plug it into the car, boat, ears, etc...  And Love it!

Just wana know how many people are making the change???

LOL, 8 Track  I had so many of those.  I remeber getting really mad at my Mom for giving away our collection of them because she bought a car with a cassett deck.  

I have something like 10 gigs of MP3s on my PC and havent listened to them since getting XM.

My wife saw me listening to one of my daughter's ipods a while back, so she got me one of the video ones for Xmas...what she doesn't know is I just couldn't find my cd player!
Anyway, I'm getting used to it somewhat.......one cool thing I did get was a portable gizmo for my XM that has the antenna in the headphones - 1/2 price. Has FM too. :good

It's a fact of Life:

After Monday and Tuesday, even the Calendar says : WTF .......

Whats it called?
I have the xm myfi delphi and the protable antenna sucks..  Maybe the headphone deal you have may work better.

Well, for Christmas I was given Sirius satellite radio by my wife, and an MP3 player from my mom&dad.  I hardwired the truck for the sat radio, but I can also plug in the MP3 player!!  How cool is that?!?!?  FM, CD, MP3, Satellite, and even my laptop if I wish all through my OEM Head unit!   :beer

Kids' got a 20g...I got a Shuffle at a golf tourney...there fine for personal listening.

Best part of the system is iTunes... :good   Put all your music in there, then burn CD's as needed.... :good

Put all mom's Xmas music in MP3 format on a DVD to play through the surround sound....4+ Gigs pretty much played non-stop during the holidays... :laugh

We got Trina one for Christmas.  She asked for a new CD walkman.  I think she was a little surprised.   :laugh Then whenever anyone who asked what to get her, I suggested the ITunes gift card.  So she got $75 of music of her choice.  I want one.  We have the satellite also, but I don't have it in the house.  The antenna is a pain, and I don't want to buy another radio and pay the monthly fee.  Jeff took the house adapter to the office.

I got one of those "Special Offers" in an email from XM. I can't find it on their site, but this is it:

I don't know if the headphones will work with another model. They fit a special cradle that only the Roady 2 fits in. :stupid

Heard about this website in Europe that charges just download time for music....whole albums for $2-$3....  :good

I've got 47 DAYS of music in iTunes now, how much more do I need... :stupid  :laugh
