I wanted to share this with you all here. Â Last Friday we had concrete patio and courtyard poured. We also extended the driveway on either side by a minimum 2 feet and a walkway to the side garage door.
Here is a link to our concrete project over on RRL. Its a lot easier than copy and pasting all the picture links. Â

Thanks and yes they can really cram them in.
I grew up in Valley Center and when I moved out I thought I would never get back in becuase of the cost. VC has a 2 acre moratorium (sp) so before they built the golf course there wasn't anything I could afford.
I'll sit on this one for another year or so and then sell it. Then I'll get something with a 3-5 acres and a place for all my stuff.

The divided so it looks like stone look?
Its a stamp they lay on there and press it into the concrete.
The guy that did the work has an amazing portfolio. All his work is concrete but I would have sworn some of it was natural stone.

Thanks again.
The pour took about 3 hours from the first truck showing up and the last one cleaned out and leaving. That was with about 45 minutes between trucks.
It came to about 15 yards in all.
I left for work before the actual stamp and texture was put down. They started around 7 AM and left for the day around 3:30ish.
