We just made a damn good pork tenderlion -
If you want it spicy use equal parts of brown sugar and montreal steak seasoning or to temper it for kids and what not cut it with garlic powder (I used 25% montreal steak seasoning 25% garlic powder and 50% brown sugar). I cooked it at 325 until internal temp was 155 then let it rest to 160 (15 min). Then smear it with BBQ sauce. Tasty I got the rub and bbq sauce info from a rib deal from a chef. Give it a shot
