The girls in my house can sleep.
Can my  girls ever sleep.
What is it??

Meiko (outruns neighborhood Jack Rabbits in a flat drag race up the street, catches and eats them,, and that's a fast cat) and one of the girls asleep for the past 13 + hours.
I've always wanted to keep the place quiet,, and see if we can make it to another day without them waking up.

The cat can do it easily,,,

I've been up all nite working on the movie "American Crimes",, came home,, got a few hours rest,, and am up for the day.
The girls went to sleep last nite at 9:00 pm and are all still down,,,

Phones off,, DND on front door,, let's see if we can make it to Monday.

How about your home,, do the girls all go into hibernation?
Do they wake up cranky or happy?
Ali's a sweetheart when she gets up,, the daughter doesn't talk for hours.

None of my kids sleep past 8am and that's a late day; they are usually up and at full speed by 730 on our days off. No rest for the wicked  :D

Katrina gave up sleeping in for lent.  I think that's a funny but original thing to give up.  She's been sick as a dog for the last 3 days, but still got up at 6 all three days.  Usually she'll sleep until 9 or so on the weekends.  My cats, on the other hand, are all outside, but it seems like they sleep all damm day.  They like the soft bed that asparagus fern make.

Do you ever go in to see if they're still alive?

Though I'm a pretty optimistic person,,
I have to admit,, I sometimes do.

Not so much sleeping by the females in my household. Wife and I are late to sleep(11-11:30) and up by 6:30-7.
Daughter we have go to bed by 8:30-9, up by 7:30....but at night she'll read as late as her eyes will let her or if we let her..
.
The dogs on the other hand, get up real early to bark at something, sleep/snooze most of the day and bark when its time for supper.

Ain't life Grand? Treat it that way.
