The new wife (as she insists to be called, it's what chix want ) had a couple cats she was leanin' on me to take in.

I was honest,, I told her outta 300+ homes in this development, only three cats have made it and are still alive that the neighbors know of.

If she loves her cats, adopt them out,, 'fore the Coyotes will soon use them for Happy Hour Appetizers.
True fact.

Meiko, Crackers and Lucky,, all river cats adopted from some little girl sittin on a beach chair in front of the  Safeway with a box 'O kittens to give away. The only cats able to handle the thick Coyote population in my neighborhood.

Something in their blood makes them Coyote smart. OR, is it the long claws and Teeth so big they can't close their grille?

Or is it that they all look like skunks???

Good news,, a nice girl from Oceanside adopted them,,,,
Whew,,,, dodged another bullet!!!

I told her if she ever buys a BMW,, I have a hook up.


Our cat Meiko, adopted from the Parker Safeway, and a super mean cat.
Alice says I'm the only one he bites, she carries him around like a newborn baby.

What gets me is,, I'm the only one that feeds him, and I get stapeled.

Just got a cat yesterday, the wife has wanted one for quite some time, he's cool though, not an in your face kinda dude, he just chills and checks things out, he'll be the indoor type and I understand that will help keep the pest population down, he eats anything smalled then a quarter... :good

If I ever get another cat, it's going to be a Maine Coon like TPC has.  

Those felines will hold their own, that's for sure.  The only outdoor cat that's died of old I age, that I know of, was a Maine Coon.   :good

My cat is lazy....She does a good job of holding tha couch down in her old age. She used to be a great hunter, and even brought some in the house to share a few times....
