A young woman was pulled over in Austin, Texas for speeding. As the TX
State Trooper walked to her car window, flipping open his ticket book,
she said, "I bet you are going to sell me a ticket to the Texas State
Police Ball." He replied, "Texas State Troopers don't have balls." There was a moment of silence while she smiled and he realized what he'd just said. He then closed his book, got back in his patrol car and left.

She was laughing too hard to start her car.

Saw on the news yesterday that a lady down in Los Angeles (SoCal) got a ticket for walking across the street TOO SLOW :eek  :rotflmao
This lady was like 90 years old, and could not walk real fast so the light at the crosswalk changed red before she got across the road completely.  They gave her a ticket!!!  Guess the cops in SoCal have nothing better to do :rolleyes  :rolleyes

And it made to news stations up here in Washington....Guess we don't have any better news :rotflmao  :rotflmao
