Geezus AZKC! Where do you buy gas? I have a '04 'burb with a 31 gallon tank. Doin' the math, and with my tank "bone-dry", that comes out to $3.58 a gallon! If this is a sign of the future, and I'm absolutely, 100% positive it is; maybe it's time we put sails on our cars and boats (wash my mouth out with bilge cleaner) and tell the oil companies to our collective butts! I mean, I know that a 'burb is by no means easy on gas; but it's my money and if I want to spend it on gas ,leave me alone with all the "gas guzzler" BS; but geezus, when is enough enough? BTW; made a "banzai run" to Vegas last week for the Son's wedding and averaged just under 21 mpg on the 'burb! Not bad considerin' that's better than what I used to get with our '99 Astro van (same run averaged just over 18 mpg). FYI; I used cruise control set at 70 mph in both situations. Says somethin' about the "efficient", gas-savin' V6 compared to the "gas-guzzlin'", pig SUV V8. Drivin' responsibly and smartly, a V8 can be as easy on the gas as a V6! Maybe better!

Were you towing something??? I have a '98 Astro and the wife gets about 23 around town with no problem. Last time on the road it got 26+ with ease.

Gas Prices SUCK!
Combine that with an 93 Dually and I'm at the pump. I get 9 Miles per Gallon in that beast.
If my math is correct, I could sell it and almost make payments on something newer in just the amount I save at the pump.
