What Bumpers or edging has anyone used to keep you boat from getting scared up in a slip? I see all the edging in Overtons but would rather have  first hand knowledge rather than trial and error with crap that doesn't work.

Right now I'm using carpet, but the patrk says it's a no go :stupid

I started using heavy duty bungie cords, front and back; works quite well, keeping the boat in the middle of the slip.

I have a nice setup for that, but I'm looking for screw on edging, and don't want to buy something that I can't get a stamp of approval from someone that has used it.

My potato chip boat is usually to low for most slips, I do as shueman does. It would be nice if the rubber edging went under the edges also.

Not sure anyone makes a good edgeing.

The best place to dock is the gas dock on Catalina,, but it's hillbilly/home engineered edgeing.

Danny "Badblown" had flat dock bumpers one year and RD was ragging him about it.

Danny insisted they were Da Finest Kine,, I tried them and it's is the cats ass way to go.

Flat dock bumpers that are hinge'd about 2/3 up,, tied correctly.
OR massive size round/cylindrical type.
