Just got out of a meeting with a publicly traded home builder I do business with about how the subs need to lower prices 5% across the board on current projects or risk the " relationship we have work so hard to build". I don't know how companies that have a 5% profit margin can lower the price 5% but hey one can dream right? Here comes the housing crash are you ready? I guess this builder is giving upwards of 40-60% in incentives on new homes. There stock dropped nearly $2.00 today. Yee Haw here it comes, think my employee's will take the hit?
Good thing the wife is graduating, I might need for her to pay the bills.

Is this nationwide? Home building market in S.AZ is booming, but to tell you the truth I hope it slows down a little, wait time for a new home is about 8 to 10 months avg here.
