I don't know. It's been too long (16 years next month). I am a different person than I was before, but is it due to maturing or marriage?  I will say that I don't like to go to bars or parties without him.  It feels akward.

After 1 month still bliss.
"Ya only marry if ya can't live without that person" my mom the  marriage and family counsler told me after my divorce.

My sisters all divorced thinking they were "missing something".
All had teriffic supporting, excellent husbands.

Some years later they concurred, they weren't missing a thing and their kids really suffered throught the divorces.
They now only miss their husbands.

Mark and Brian once did a show and women who divorced their husbands for no reason were calling in regretting it.
"He wouldn't help me bring in the groceries one day" was one reason.
These women had finally grown up and realized what they threw away.

I'm sure this marriage will be legendary.
All I have to do is keep my opinion to myself, and my mouth shut.

No it didn't change for Brad & I...if anything it got BETTER...but I wouldn't say either of us noticed a major change...

...which we felt was a GOOD thing that there wasn't any change...you should know who you're marrying and once you get married it should be the same person!
