The kids are giving Alice stuff like the handprint baked in clay ect.

Tanzanite earings for the wifey for mothers day. Why not?

The restaurants all run mothers day like a funeral wake, so I make a nice brunch at home instead.
My mom always said "If it's just only one day to remember me, I must not be doing much to be remembered".

Did ya get the squeeze something, or is it for the kids to do because it's their mom?

I give the kids some dough so they can grab here a little something, I personally don't buy for her, I do send my Mom a little something, this year Mom got a new Callaway pitching wedge and a card... :D

Yeah...it's a "Do for Mom" kind of day.

I fed her (and her car)

The kids took her out for a manicure and pedicure and then to return the things they bought her so she could get the right size. :D

Maybe next year they'll DO the wash and the dishes to boot.! :laugh

It's a fact of Life:

After Monday and Tuesday, even the Calendar says : WTF .......
