The new pool looks great.  The only drawback is the dang cold-ass water up there.

The only time we stayed at Avi, we went to I-40 on Friday afternoon without any problems. On saturday, we tried the same tour, and ended up with $2300 worth of damage!! :eek  :eek  :angry

I think they were referring to the new pool complex.  The boat lagoon seems to be the same.

3'-4' deep pool, nice hot&bubbly spa, & kiddies play pool with water cannons.  Nice bar area too, except for the Kenny Chesney toons... :D

They've been saying for the last couple of years that they are building a new lagoon and launch on the south side of the bridge.  That was before they built the new entertainment pavillion across the river, parking structure and pool. The lagoon is too small for CBBB anymore, so we've been waiting anxiously, but it looks like it's last on the list.  Lots of nice improvements there, though.

Naked Turtle, they just opened the pool within the last 2 months.
