Back in my CB days, we used to sit in front of a 7-11 and mess with their customers.  When we spoke on the CB, we bled onto a certain video game.  We would start off sort of generically saying come play me and that sort of stuff.  Then we started calling people out by the color of their shirts or hair or whatever. :rotflmao

No kidding.  Our RF even cycled a traffic signal a few blocks from my house. :rotflmao

We moded our radios to do a bunch of $hit before we stepped up to ham.  I eventually got out of it all together, but I'm still licensed. :)

Totally unrelated to radios, but we used to turn off the street lights at night by shining our Q-Beams (spotlights) at them when we drove down the street. :rotflmao

I saw on the news that some guy just got busted for that, but I don't remember where.  The city's traffic engineers were baffled because of odd traffic disruptions so they monitored their traffic cameras closely.  They photographed a guy pointing a device (I think it was infrared) at a signal to change it.  The city had installed the sensors for emergency vehicles.
