That sucks.  I can remember bieng that age and knowing exactly what I was doing on a boat.  Times have surely changed though.  It sounds like the kid and his buddy took Dads boat out for a joy ride and focked up.

Now he is going to learn about responsibility the hard way.

I'm surprised we don't get alot more of that around here with all the kids I see on PWCs.
