Did anyone notice the "No boats" bouys in Copper Canyon memorial day weekend? The canyon was full of boats with the sheriff dept. there too. What's that all about. Was it really supposed to be closed for the weekend?

They have the same thing at Steamboat.
It's a "no parking" lane for emergency purposes...

Ah, I see. That's kind of what it looked like but there were boats all over anyway. We didn't go way back in the canyon for fear of being trapped there all day.
