Are you keeping the lights on :drama

We just had a nice little T-Storm roll through town and the radio is saying power poles are down about a half mile from Sleek works(Electric Company). At least the crews won't have to drive far. That is after they call them all back in from the bars :beer

Channel 3 did show some poles down in T-Town.  Dom't remember what the road was they were looking at.

Man was that a freaking dust storm or what.  No rain here though.

All I have got to say is that anyone who thinks monsoonal/t-storm weather is "neat"... they are more than welcome to come spend an evening answering phones and clearing downed lines.

Lost quite a few poles East of I-10.  Had lines down across the interstate... traffic never slowed a bit.  :beat  :beat

We just got a 30-45 min downpour at 5:00 and we also had a really good downpour early this morning,somewhere around 3:00 AM. :good

Keep up the good work Sleek!I'm sure ther is alot of people who want their electricity.If they irritate you too much tell them to go buy a generator.I'm sure that will go over nicely. :D

Hell it just started raining again as I'm typing this.Don't have to water the lawn now for a few days. :jumpie

I like the bigger storms at the end of the summer.  The ones that hit the lake fast and send everyone running for the dock all at once.  I sit in my office and watch them out the window.
