Survey says....we have a winner!  They were really good...spicy and smoky.  Maybe a little too spicy (not for me, just for the wimps) so next time I might only use 1 or 1 1/2 chipotle peppers instead of 2.  They're the kind in adobo sauce.  Some lime juice, some Montreal Steak Grill seasoning, the adobo sauce and EVOO...that's it.  Plus grilled polenta with smoky paprika sprinkled on it...yummmmmmmmy!  Got to try out my new food processor too...woohoo!  Damn I'm good! :D
