Not sure who this guy is, but after his concert is the firework show. We should be at our parker house on the water by the casino. If you see us outside come on by and say hello or honk your horn...  :D

Rick Derringer first gained popularity with his band The McCoys, and their chart topping hit record, “Hang On Sloopy”, at 16 years of age in the summer of 1965. Immediately following the demise of The McCoys in 1969, Rick merged his talents with the albino blues rocker, Johnny Winter forming “Johnny Winter And” (the “And” referring to The McCoys). In 1973 Rick has his first solo album “All American Boy” and included his rendition of the already famous “Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo”. It seems like almost too much story to take in at on sitting. But most surprising part is, he’s just getting started!

Live from the BlueWater Resort & Casino Outdoor Amphitheatre, BlueWater presents “Rick Derringer” and special guest “The Sam Morrison Band” on Saturday July 1st, 2006. Gates open at 5 pm and the show starts at 7 pm. Tickets are on sale for $20 in advance and $25 day of the show.

The BlueWater annual Fireworks Show will follow the concert.
