One of the HD forum girls sent me to Fox's in search of the Fox's Bloody Mary mix secret.

Though I'm a familiar face, no problems, and we really tip super well,, none of the bartenders would give it up.

Though, Spencer did tell me, and I heard the same story from Mark Evanson, the owner of the 7 Chuy's in Tucson, that:  "Arizona grown produce and juices, really make a flavor difference, especially with tomatoes, over the UC Davis San Jouquin Valley Cali low flavor Tomatoes."

Now, for sure theirs more to it than that. But Arizona Salsas and juices seem to taste better, so their is something to it.

But I couldn't get what ingredience makes the bloody Marys at Fox's taste so good.

The old Buzzard male bartenders at the Bluewater have good ones too, and rare good service.

I'll eventually get the recipe though.

With all the stories of Foxes Bloody Marys I can't wait to try one here in a couple of weeks, do they make them as spicy as you want or do they only come one way??? :good

I think I have the extra ingredient.... Call me crazy, but there is a bit of beef broth in some of the better mixes... Sounds crazy but it is a night and day difference in taste!!!


Try it out and see..  When I put it in myne people cringe, but after they taste it they always go WOW
