Oh, I was wondering what that was......I got the voice mail today, thought it was a buddy of mine calling to let me know which fuse to check.......the A/C went out and I didn't have the owner's manual handy.....47 fuses...none of 'em labled, good old Ford.

yeah, go ahead and laugh....120 degree heat on my back under the dash.
Only thing funnier is knowing that you prolly been there done that too!
Fuses all good, so's the relay. Swapped out the resistor (looked funky) hot wired the motor -works, so it must be the switch.

| Quote (GlassMan @ July 19 2006,7:57 am) | Turns out I may have missed a fuse. I just got an email from this place called "Just Answers -Car Experts" I found them on the web yesterday. You put down a ten buck deposit and if they give you the right answer you pay 'em, if not, you get a refund.
Anyway, I guess I missed the fuse marked "Blend Door/Selector Switch" since it didn't reference climate control or blower. I'll be checking that one shortly. |
WOW....A Blender built into the Door of your Tow Vehicle....now that's a cool upgrade....!! . . . Sure ain't no fun jacking with fuses in the f'n heat... Especially with an audience......
